The Untold Story Behind Just Human – You Won't Believe What Inspired This Song!
In the depths of my heart, a wish takes flight. Troubled by factions waging an endless fight, children held ransom by cruelty contrived, bombs raining down shattering lives. Through ages and teachings, what have we gained? If we can't set aside our weapons and refrain, no matter the side, when wrong is strong. Peace is the answer, where we all belong.
Mohammed K Paika:Just human, let's be. Just human, let's see. Just human, you and me, let's come together and be free. Forget political, forget religious divide, embrace our humanity, let compassion abide. We're all special to God, each with a role, to share and learn, to make us whole.
Mohammed K Paika:Borders blur as we stand hand in hand. Together, we thrive across the land. This world is for all. No one to claim. Claim.
Mohammed K Paika:God's spirit in us, one and the same. Just human, let's be. Just human, let's see. Just human, you and me, let's come together and be free. It's time to shun old teachings, embrace a new way.
Mohammed K Paika:Let humanity shine in every single way. Forget labels and divides, just see each other's souls. For in the end, we're all connected, a part of a whole. Just human, let's be. Just human, let's see.
Mohammed K Paika:Just human, you and me, let's come together and be free. This song was penned in light of the current crisis in Israel and Palestine as well as Russia and Ukraine, but also reflects upon the countless unnecessary wars and battles over centuries in the name of politics and religion. Human beings have advanced in warfare to the extent that they can now destroy entire cities or communities with the push of a button as seen with the atomic bomb, a prime example of the destructive extent of humankind. Furthermore, warfare has become increasingly insensitive when it comes to harming, abducting, and bombing children and women. Where do we stand as the human race?
Mohammed K Paika:Despite evolutionary changes and social advancement, humans in general are unable to restrain themselves and maintain peace. Humanity needs to come towards peace regardless of the situation and reflect upon the wrongs committed under political or religious pre texts. The concept that is very difficult to entertain in any religious denomination is that a person from a different faith is just as special and has a role in God's plan. Together, we are whole. And as we come together hand in hand, the artificial borders created by us will disappear on their own.
Mohammed K Paika:We will thrive as humans once more. We're all part of God's spirit and one with God. The world belongs to all of us. It is time for us to revisit old teachings and forge a new path to let humanity shine. Once we label someone, we tend to automatically divide them.
Mohammed K Paika:We divide each other based on our names as well as our faith. We fail to see that we are indeed all connected.
